Bernama – Saturday, April 11

KUALA LUMPUR, April 10 (Bernama) — Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has commenced delisting procedures against PanGlobal Bhd (PGlobal), a PN4 company after the company failed to submit its regularisation plans.

In a statement here today, Bursa Malaysia said PGlobal had failed to implement its regularisation plan within the timeframe stipulated by the relevant authorities.

“PGlobal had been served with a notice today to make representation to Bursa Securities as to why its securities should not be delisted,” it said. — BERNAMA
